Welcome to Pixel Fusion 3D These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://pixelfusion3d.com (the "Site"), our online 3D printing services (including uploading designs, placing orders, and receiving printed items), and any related communications or features (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [link to your Privacy Policy].If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and changes will be effective upon posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.


1. Eligibility and Accounts You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.To place orders or access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including providing false information or engaging in prohibited activities.


2. Description of Services Pixel Fusion 3D provides an online platform for custom 3D printing. Users can upload digital 3D model files ("Designs"), select materials, finishes, quantities, and other specifications, and place orders for physical 3D-printed items ("Products"). We may use third-party printers or fulfillment partners to produce and ship Products.We do not guarantee exact replication of Designs due to limitations in 3D printing technology (e.g., material shrinkage, layer lines, or minor imperfections). Products are custom-made and not intended for critical applications like medical devices, load-bearing parts, or safety equipment unless explicitly stated.3. Ordering ProcessTo place an order:

  • Upload or select your Design (ensure it meets our file requirements, e.g., STL, OBJ formats).
  • Choose material, color, size, quantity, and other options.
  • Provide shipping and billing information.
  • Review the quote (including production costs, shipping, taxes, and fees).
  • Confirm and pay for the order.

Orders are offers to purchase and become binding upon our acceptance (via email confirmation). We may reject or cancel orders for any reason, including technical infeasibility, suspected infringement, or availability issues, with a full refund if payment has been made.Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified due to their custom nature. We aim to process orders within [e.g., 7-14 business days], but times are estimates and subject to delays (e.g., material shortages or high demand).


4. Pricing, Payment, and Fees Prices are displayed on the Site in [e.g., USD] and include production costs but exclude shipping, taxes, duties, or import fees (which are your responsibility).   • You own or have rights to all User Content and that it does not infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
  • User Content is not illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise prohibited (e.g., designs for weapons, counterfeit items, or restricted goods).

We may refuse or remove User Content that violates these Terms or laws. You indemnify us against any claims arising from your User Content.All Site content (e.g., logos, text, images) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or use it commercially without our written consent.


7. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties Due to the custom nature of Products, returns and refunds are limited. We warrant that Products will substantially conform to your specifications and be free from material defects for [e.g., 7 days] after delivery. We do not accept returns or refunds for "change of mind," dissatisfaction with the design outcome (e.g., if the printed item doesn't meet your expectations due to inherent 3D printing limitations like layer lines, minor shrinkage, or material properties), or if the issue stems from your uploaded file (e.g., design flaws, low-resolution models).
  • Non-Returnable Items: Products intended for personal hygiene, food contact, or safety-critical uses (unless specified otherwise) are non-returnable. Digital files or services (e.g., design consultations) are non-refundable once provided.
  • Timeframe: You must notify us of any issues within 7 days of receiving the product. Claims after this period will not be honored.
  • Proof Required: Provide clear photos, order details, and a description of the issue. We may request the return of the defective product for inspection.

Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are at our sole discretion. If approved, we may offer:

  • A full or partial refund (minus shipping costs).
  • A replacement product (we'll reprint and ship at no additional cost).

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that products will be free from material defects in workmanship for 7 days from delivery. This warranty does not cover misuse, alterations, normal wear, or issues from your design.EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, WE PROVIDE PRODUCTS "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. We are not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from product use.


6. International Orders For customers outside [the U.S.], additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply and are your responsibility. Returns may involve international shipping costs and delays.
